Ghosted

The settings in Ghosted range from Washington D.C. monuments to the Khyber Pass and the city of Mingora, Pakistan; the production could not film any of them as written. Principal photography took place at Tallulah Gorge State Park and Marietta in Georgia, and in Washington D.C.; New Mexico then doubled for the Khyber Pass mountains the leads cross, and Atlanta doubled for the streets of Mingora. The stand-in backdrops were later extended or rebuilt digitally so they would read as Pakistan instead of the American South or Southwest. The finale centres on a restaurant spinning out of control; RISE FX's Stuttgart and Berlin teams built out that sequence for the film's action packed final act. The four vendors, Pixomondo, beloFX, RISE and Luma Pictures, shared the visual effects work under production VFX supervisor Mike Wassel and producer David James. On the film, Chumak worked as a digital matte painter.
